By registering, enrolling, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If registering on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  1. Account & Eligibility
  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. 
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.
  1. Use of Services
  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services. ()
  • Permitted uses include personal professional development only. You agree not to misuse the Services, infringe IP rights, interfere with operations, or violate laws.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion or for violation of these Terms.
  1. Payments & Billing
  • Course payments are processed via Stripe (and not handled by us directly). ()
  • You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
  • Free trials, if any, may be cancelled or amended at our discretion.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All materials on the Services (content, trademarks, logos) are owned by Becoming Us® or our licensors. ()
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivatives without our permission.
  1. User Content
  • If you submit feedback or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use that content for any purpose. ()
  • You represent that any user content you provide is yours to share and does not infringe any third-party rights.
  1. Disclaimers & Warranties
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. ()
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Services.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becoming Us®’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services, or AUD 100 if no payment was made. ()
  • We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  1. Termination
  • You may cancel your account anytime.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations or misuse, without notice. ()
  • Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease immediately.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • We may modify these Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms. ()
  1. Governing Law & Disputes
